Crusaders Arctic Wolves Minor Peewee Win Bradford Tournament

ON: - On the weekend of November 20-22nd 2009, the Durham Crusaders
Arctic Wolves Minor Peewee team of the CYO travelled to the
Nottawasaga Resort to compete in their first tournament of the
year.
After
losing leads in both of the first two games and going into Sunday
with a tie and a loss, the team won game three and qualified
for the finals on Sunday afternoon. The final was a tough physical
battle, but the Crusaders were up 2-0 after the 1st period,
and hung on for a 4-1 tournament victory.

Congratulations
to all the boys for their hard work and determination, but most
of all for not ever giving up. Thanks to Weekend Hockey Tournaments
and the Bradford Minor Hockey Association for a first rate tournament.
The team has 3 other tournaments remaining this year. Your families
and coaches are very proud of you all.
